Dosage:
Due to differences in individual physiology, what is considered a suitable dose is different for everyone. Recommended Starting Dose:
  • 1 x Capsule 2-3 times daily.
  • Increase or decrease as/when required to achieve minimum effective dose (wait 45-60min before increasing dose).
  • Once individual dosage and requirements have been established, additional capsules may be taken as/when needed (every 3-6 hours).
